Provide Medical Case Managers (MCM) to provide oversight to injured/ill employees throughout the medical treatment process. The MCM will facilitate or advocate for medical options and services to assist in the recovery process of USCG employees who have suffered a work related injury. The MCM serves as the liaison between the USCG employee, medical community, DHS and USCG's WCPO, and the field Workers' Compensation Coordinators (WCC).
