This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.1 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation number is 70Z02319RPE6R0100. This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract awarded to a single contractor. If there is more than one system worthy of demonstrating, the Government may award to multiple contractors. This solicitation is issued for the United States Coast Guard Research and Development Center, New London, CT. This is phased approach. The details of the response dates are listed in the attachments. The solicitation and associated documents are attached to this notice. The SF 1449 will be signed upon award.
