THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) FOR MARKET RESEARCH PUPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSALS. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The purpose of the RFI is to seek potential sources capable of providing the services specified in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). All information provided in this request is preliminary. This RFI is not to be construed as a solicitation or obligation by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses to this request will not be returned, nor will responders be notified of the result of this market research. The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this RFI. Vendors are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. Responses to this request shall not include proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information. NOTE: VENDOR’S FACILITY MUST BE LOCATED WITH 25 MILES OF A MAJOR PORT WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (see section 4.7 of the attached Draft PWS). Interested companies and small businesses with the capability to perform the requirements are encouraged to respond. Submit responses by email to the Point(s) of Contact listed below, no later than the date specified below. Responses shall not exceed 5 pages nor 5MB in size. Do not include price information. Responses to this request should include the following information: 1. Provide Company Name and Address; DUNS and Cage Code; Point of Contact Name, Phone & Email. 2. Provide business size, i.e., Large, Small, 8A, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Women-Owned Small Business, certified Hub Zone, etc., based on NAICS code 611519, with small business size standard of $15M. 3. Provide capability statement that describes the company’s ability to perform the requirements.
