It is anticipated that this acquisition will be a direct award to an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business under NAICS 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services with a small business size standard with average annual receipts of $27.5M. The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Procurement Policy and Oversight (CG-913), anticipates a need to procure Contractor support services to integrate acquisition data from the USCG's Contract Information Management System (CIMS), Core Accounting System (CAS), Financial Procurement Desktop (FPD), Aviation Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS), and Naval Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS) into the USCG Acquisition Directorate's (CG-9's) established acquisition data mart in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed-price task order will be awarded with one (1) base year and four (4) option years. Place of Performance: U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters Building at 2703 Martin Luther King Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20593-7324 Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide the services described in the attached PWS are requested to submit complete information discussing those qualifications by 4:00PM EST, on 12 July 2019 to Leslie.A.Kenser@uscg.mil and Ryan.W.Shaughnessy@uscg.mil. In your response you must include a positive statement of your intention to submit a bid for this solicitation as a prime contractor and evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope over multiple years/agencies to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, points of contact, and telephone numbers. Resumes for Contractor personnel are also requested and must include evidence of all experience in PWS section 1.3.1.1. All of the above must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made for a direct award to an 8(a) small, disadvantaged business.
