Award will be made via the placement of a firm-fixed-price delivery order against U.S. Air Force commercial contract FA8134-19-D-0001. Price and delivery date will be negotiated prior to award. Award is being made on a sole source basis because Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is the only company capable of providing the required aircraft as detailed in the attached justification and approval.
