This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 70Z037-20-Q-PSK00500 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-63. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, with the small business size standard of 500 personnel. Only qualified Vendors/Contractors may submit a bid/price quote. In particular, US Coast Guard Base Los Angeles-Long Beach requires the following: Responsible Contractor/Vendor must provide all Labor (personnel) for the maintenance and repairof of Heating, Ventililation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW), some low pice materials must be provdied by the contractors. Additional two yearly options must also be included in the bids/price quotes. All interested Vendors/Contractors are encouraged to attend the site visit scheduled this coming 03 Oct 2019 at 0945AM.
