Department of Homeland Security, Office of Inspector General intends to issue a non-competitive Purchase Order for Facility Services to MEPT/ FCP Patriot Plaza LLC (UEI:DKHLBQCWFG75) for Patriot Plaza located at 395 E Street SW Washington, DC 20024. The contractor shall provide facilities services to include HVAC overtime and General Maintenance at Patriot Plaza 1 (PP1) outside the scope of the lease agreement between DHS OIG and GSA. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the tasks and deliverables described in this SOW. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), MEPT/Patriot Plaza LLC is uniquely qualified to provide the required Facility Services to ensure there is no interruption in services regular building maintenance or equipment maintenance. MEPT/FCP PATRIOTS PLAZA LLC as the lease holder has the first right of refusal per the lease, which does not allow for outside vendors.
