Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Services This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued in accordance with FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation. The Government intends to award multiple firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts to small business concerns for the acquisition of Perimeter Assets to support operational needs. Proposals due: 11:00 AM EST, January 20, 2026 Please review the attached RFP carefully and ensure that your proposal addresses all requirements and evaluation criteria specified in the solicitation.
