This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0925Q70092531 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Get Home Alive Kits. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05 effective August 7, 2025. This solicitation is unrestricted (full and open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 33911. The anticipated delivery date will be 30 days from award. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract from this solicitation. Responses to this RFQ must be received no later than 09/11/2025 at 4:00 PM EST.
