This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services utilizing FAR Part 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial services, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is to procure transportation rental services as defined in the Statement of Work.
