This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, utilizing FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The intent of this RFQ is to award a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of Portable Restroom and Port-a-John Rental Services. This is a total small business set-aside. Only quotes from small business concerns will be accepted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991 – Septic Tank and Related Services.
