No exemptions are applicabl... The purpose of this procurement is to obtain EZ Passes for official Government Vehicles to include transporting diplomats and government officials. (EZ -Pass Tags & Tolls). No exemptions are applicable to the Secret Service at this time however this may change in the future due to policies/procedures of federal, state, and local governments. The MTA Bridges and Tunnels provides access to the bridges and tunnels in New York City and New Jersey via EZ Pass. These EZ Passes are then funded and utilized by the New York Field Office for official Government Vehicles to include transporting diplomats, government officials and investigations. EZ Pass NY is also used on toll road in the northeast region (Washington, DC – Boston) for operational travel to and from official duties such as training, investigation, protection and supervisory assignments. This service is necessary for the office to continue to carry out its dual mission without any impact.
