This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0924R70094060 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Lab Gases. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 effective 12/04/2023. This solicitation is total small business set aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325120. The anticipated period of performance will be 02/01/2024- 01/31/2029 from award. The Government intends to award a Base plus four (4) years contract from this solicitation.
