This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. (iv) This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors and the Small Business Size Standard is less than $15M. (v) Schedule of Items/Price Schedule Project Description: Quote shall include all labor/installation at a fixed price. 48 channel HD over coaxial, smartbox system. Over the air antenna with ATSC converter will be combined into the smartbox. local channels will be independent of the smartbox, if satellite goes down for any reason the over the air channels will work.
