This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0923R70093554 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for personal flexible ballistic shields, “Patriot3 Flex Shield NIJ/II” or equivalent. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 effective June 02, 2023. This solicitation is unrestricted (full and open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332999. The anticipated delivery date will be 45 days from award.
