This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0923R70093231 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Carwash Services. The solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02, published in the Federal Register on February 14, 2023. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside, posted on the open market, and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811192.
