This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0923R70092976 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Canine Heat Alarm Systems. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 effective 01 December 2022.
