This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0923Q70092433 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Trek Marlin 7 Bikes Maintenance and Repairs. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 effective June 2, 2023. This solicitation is unrestricted (full and open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336991. The anticipated delivery date will be 60 days from award. The Government intends to award a Base plus four (4) years contract from this solicitation. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. (NOV 2021) is applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision is applicable to this solicitation. Selection of award shall be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. To be technically acceptable all requirements must be met in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
