The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with CRAIC Technologies, Inc., 948 North Amelia Avenue, San Dimas, California 91773 for the CRIAC Microspectrophotometer for the Criminal Investigative Division/Counterfeit Forensic Section (CID/CFS). This notice is neither a request for quotations nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106. Only written e-mailed (devanee.taylor@usss.dhs.gov and michael.velez@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 2:00 pm, Eastern Time, March 6, 2023. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
