The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Arrowhead Forensics, 11006 Strang Line Road, Lenexa, KS 66215 for a Dual Laser System for the Fingerprint Operations Branch (FOB) within the Forensics Services Division (FSD). This notice is neither a request for quotations nor a solicitation of offers. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106. Only written e-mailed (devanee.taylor@usss.dhs.gov and michael.velez@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 10:00 am, Eastern Time, February 13, 2023. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
