This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0923Q70090256 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Leatherman Sidekick or equivalent and Leatherman Raptor Rescue Trauma Shears or equivalent. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 effective August 03, 2023.
