This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0923Q70090250 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Emergency Lights Installation on 17 government vehicles. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 effective August 15, 2023. This solicitation is a small business set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811198. The anticipated period of performance will begin 10 days from award. The Government intends to award single competitive Firm Fixed Price contract from this solicitation.
