The offeror shall include in their proposal the company's taxpayer identification number, the company's DUNS number, the company's address, the company's point of contact and contact information, the firm fixed-price for all MALDI TOF Imaging Instruments in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirement. All proposals are to be sumbitted to jade.gaston@usss.dhs.gov and katheryn.dennis@usss.dhs.gov no later than 12 September 2022 at 1:00pm EST.
