This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0922R70092547 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective July 12, 2021. The anticipated period of performance shall be 60-month Blanket Purchase Agreement from the date of award. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
