This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0922R70092506 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for 5.11 or equivalent Stryke PDU Uniforms. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 effective August 10, 2022.
