This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0922Q70092156 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 effective 26 April 2022. The anticipated period of performance shall be 60-month Blanket Purchase Agreement from the date of award. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. All quotes are to be submitted to taylor.haire@usss.dhs.gov and katheryn.dennis@usss.dhs.go no later than 18 August 2022 at 12:00pm EST.
