***UPDATE**** Amendment to Soliciatation to incorporate Questions and Answers per the attached documents The purpose of this procurement is to obtain Contractor services to perform test and evaluation... ***UPDATE**** Amendment to Soliciatation to incorporate Questions and Answers per the attached documents The purpose of this procurement is to obtain Contractor services to perform test and evaluation (T&E) of products, equipment, and technologies to be used as biological countermeasures for the United States Secret Service (USSS). Tasks of this biological T&E contract will include test planning, test execution, analysis and evaluation of test results, and test reporting for biological countermeasures identified by the USSS. The technologies will be non-developmental items (NDI) and those that are commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) or Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS). The period of performance of the resultant contract will be 12 months with 4 option periods. The Government contemplates award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), Time and Materials/Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation, along with Call Order #1.
