The purpose of this procurement is to obtain Contractor services to perform test and evaluation (T&E) of products, equipment, and technologies to be used as chemical and/or radiological countermeasures for the USSS. Tasks of this chemical and/or radiological T&E contract will include test planning, test execution, analysis and evaluation of test results, and test reporting for chemical and/or radiological countermeasures identified by the USSS. The technologies will be non-developmental items (NDI) and those that are commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) or Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS).
