This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (70US0921Q70090113) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective March 10, 2021. This solicitation is associated with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811118, business size standard is $8 Million. The Government intends to award a competitive single-award Purchase Order. Selection of award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). All offerors shall provide specifications to show product meets specifications in the Statement of Work. All specifications must be met or exceed.
