The Government intends to award a competitive, commercial, combination Fixed Price/Time & Materials contract for Corrective and Preventative Maintenance of seven (7) and two additional Under Vehicle Inspection System (UVIS) for FY 2020 located in Washington, DC. Contractor shall provide all labor, material and supervision needed to complete the tasks as outlined in the solicitation. Award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government. This procurement is for commercial services. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North America Classification System (NAICS) is 561621. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website at http://www.fbo.gov. This office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a response to this solicitation, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the offeror nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
