This notice constitutes the only solicitation announcement. Solicitation 70US0919Q70090507 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98. The NAICS Code is 423450. Medical, Dental and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchants Wholesalers. The small business size is 200 employees per the Small Business Administration. This is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned small Business set-aside. The United States Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement for the purchase of 3 Ares Emergency Medical Classroom Training Simulators with Blood Pumping Capability. These items are being procured, BRAND NAME ONLY, as specified in the attached requirements statement. The USSS intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the small business vendor providing the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable price on the open market. Quotes are due no later than 10:00AM, EST, Wednesday, September 20, 2019. All quotes shall be delivered electronically to Ms. Cynthia A. Beckett @ cynthia.beckett@usss.dhs.gov. Facsimile and hand-delivered quotes will not be accepted. Questions shall be directed to Ms. Beckett at the above address no later than 10:00AM EST, July 16, 2019. Delivery Instructions for Freight Deliveries Only All freight requires screening on-site of delivery location. Deliveries shall be addressed to the FINAL DESTINATION, which is United States Secret Service, Rowley Training Center, 9200 Powder Mill Road, Laurel, MD 20783. Notification shall be provided to the USSSS no less than 24 in advance of delivery. All freight deliveries must be preceeded with an email to randy.stair@usss.dhs.gov to ensure appropriate screening personnel and procedures are in place at the screening area. Failure to notify the Secret Service of the delivery may result in delays and additional fees.
