The United States Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement for Laboratory Supplies in support of the USSS protective and investigative mission. The USSS seeks to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to issue a single or multiple award BPA The period of performance will include one (1) base year and one (1) one-year option period.The United States Secret Service (USSS) has a requirement for Laboratory Supplies in support of the USSS protective and investigative mission. The USSS seeks to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to issue a single or multiple award BPA. The period of performance will include one (1) base year and one (1) one-year option period. Offeror is required to have an established laboratory supply catalog to include the non-comprehensive list of supplies attached to this RFQ. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be directed to Keisha Pender at keisha.pender@usss.dhs.gov no later than 2:00 PM (EST) on Wednesday, September 18, 2019. The subject line of the email must state "Questions Laboratory Supplies-70US0919Q70090469". Offerors shall submit pricing list and Standard Form18 electronically to the above email address no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on Friday, September 20, 2019. The subject line of the email must state "70US0919Q70090469 - Laboratory Supplies - (Name of Vendor). The email size limit is 50MB. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334516. The awardee shall be registered in the System for Award Management at (www.sam.gov). Notices will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.fedbizopps.gov). All answers will be posted in writing as an amendment to the solicitation on FBO. Questions will not be answered verbally or individually.
