This is a Special Notice. The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Peter Langman, 825 North Cedar Crest Boulevard, Allentown, PA 18104, NAICS Code 621330, to participate in support of a specialized project, develop teaching/training materials, reports, and perform internal and external training on topics related to targeted violence directed at educational settings, community and public spaces, public officials, public figures, and Government sites and facilities. This notice is neither a request for proposal/quote nor a solicitation of offers/bids. Based on this requirement, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written e-mailed (francoise.brent@usss.dhs.gov) inquiries will be responded to and must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Eastern Time, Tuesday, September 3, 2019. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this announcement.
