Updated Attachment B- Schedule of Supplies PLEASE SEE UPDATED ATTACHMENTS ************************************************************************************************************************************************ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/request for quotes being requested from small business participants only with the technical requirements as stated in the attached Statement of Work. Quoters are to provide a Firm Fixed Price quote to Contracting Specialist, Shenika Butler via email at Shenika.Butler1@tsa.dhs.gov and include a per item breakdown via the attached Pricing Schedule. Quotations shall be submitted on a Firm Unit Price basis. Quoters are encouraged to use additional discounts. The RFQ is being solicited using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The instructions included will be evaluated on the following dates associated with this requirement: Date Event 01/21/2026 Questions Due by 12:00 PM EST 01/23/2026 Quotes Due by 12:00 PM EST You are requested to review the information contained in the enclosed notice and provide the requested quote no later than 12:00 PM EST January 23, 2026 Errors, Discrepancies, or Ambiguities If an Offeror believes that the requirements in this solicitation contain an error, omission, or are otherwise unsound, the Offeror shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer (CO) in writing with supporting rationale. Offerors are reminded that TSA reserves the right to award a Purchase Order for this requirement based on the initial quotes without discussions.
