This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 70T05023R7668N003 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 effective March 16, 2023. (iv) The acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 332999 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. For purposes of a Small Business award, the Small Business must re-certify its small business status with the applicable NAICs. Additionally, the Small Business classification shall be consistent in the System for Award Management (SAM).
