TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE - CRIMINAL JUSTICE AUDIT CONSULTING SERVICES The contractor shall provide the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) with an efficient, effective, robust, sustainable audit program to audit all Non-Criminal Justice Agency (NCJA) and Criminal Justice Agency (CJA) entities with direct and indirect access to Criminal Justice Information (CJI), to ensure compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, and policies. To comply with the CJIS Security Policy (Version 5.9, 6/1/2020), TSA must audit all NCJAs and CJAs with direct access to CJI. All NCJA components of TSA must also be audited for TSA to fulfill its CJIS compliance requirements
