Sources Sought Notification (Supplemental Intake Services) INTRODUCTION The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking a quality SBA 8(a) certified contractor to provide support for the TSA Investigations (INV), Inspector General (IG) Liaison and Hotline Section. This section is responsible for receiving and processing complaints and allegations that come from a variety of sources (e.g., internal TSA employees; DHS OIG; and other law enforcement agencies). This is not a solicitation for proposals or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain market research information regarding SBA 8(a) certified companies capable of supplying the services that meet the specifications. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the availability of the service. SPECIFICATIONS The 8(a) certified contractor needs to provide supplemental intake services for TSA INV IG Liaison & Hotline Section, which is the central point of entry for INV’s review and processing of criminal, administrative and civil allegations of misconduct. Hotline support consist of: Receipt and review of approximately 300 Hotline emails and 5 calls per month from sources in the Continental United States and Outside of the Continental United States. Management of the intake process for Hotline to ensure timely and accurate records of emails and calls from complainants are documented in the case management system consistent with established policies and standard operating procedures. Open, close, or amend Hotline cases with data consistent with established policies and standard operating procedure. Coordination with external and internal stakeholders to ensure complaints are accepted, declined or referred to the appropriate entity consistent with established policies and standard operating procedures. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Government may request additional information as a result of responses received. Contractors are encouraged to provide sufficient detail for the Government to ascertain whether or not the product/service described meet the requirements. -END-
