Addtionally, the NAICS code and PSC code have been updated to reflect the majority of the requirements. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends issue a solicitation on or about April 11, 2022 to contract using other than full and open competition for identification checking guides to support security screening operations. The TSA intends to award a contract to D.R. Myers Distributing Co 1492 Oddstad DR Redwood City, California 94063-2607 for I.D. Checking Guide: United States and Canada Edition and access to the www.docutector.com website. This contract will address the requirements of Security Operations. The proposed contract action is for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
