The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for vetting indicators and sliders. The vetting indicators are used to identify segments of passengers to include Pre ?, Standard and Crew. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to Radiopaque Solutions Box 368347 Bonita Springs, FL 34136 USA. This contract will address the requirements of the TSA, Security Operations for the National Rollout of Blended Lanes. The indicators and sliders have been assessed and accepted by TSA. TSA does not intend to purchase any additional indicators or sliders. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
