This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.102 (g) and with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is: 70T04022R7573N003 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 dated April 26, 2022. This procurement is unrestricted, allowing both large and small business to submit proposals. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), is soliciting a facility in the Las Vegas, Nevada area no more than three (3) miles from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to conduct a four (4) day (November 7-10, 2022) symposium for the 2022 TSA International Design Symposium. The contractor shall provide all labor, incidental materials, and other services necessary to meet the requirements referenced in this solicitation.
