The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) hereby issues this Request for Proposals for a vendor to provide the Transportation Security Administration Integration Facility (TSIF) Checked Baggage Inspection System (CBIS) Upgrade. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions.
