TSA is extending the due date to August 13, 2020 at 9:00AM EDT. ******************************************************************************************************* TSA is providing a revision to correct an error in the RFP Amendment 04, Section 3, Subsection 2.3-Program Manager Qualifications (page 12). No other changes have been made to the RFP. ******************************************************************************************************* The purpose of Amendment 4 is to update the Small Business Subcontracting Goal Percentage from 40% to 23%. One additional Q&A was posted as well. Additionally, the due date for the proposal is hereby extended to August 6, 2020 at 9:00AM EDT. ******************************************************************************************************* Amendment 3 has been posted, which includes an updated pricing spreadsheet.
