This Souces Sought Notice is hereby amended to extend the response date to August 14, 2020 at 12:00PM, EST. This Sources Sought Notice – Request for Information is amended to revise Section II Background and Objectives. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice – Request for Information (RFI) to improve TSA’s understanding of market capabilities and identify qualified small business vendors capable of providing services to build a transfer line to/from the Transportation Security Administration Integrated Facility (TSIF) Cargo Area to/from the Check Baggage Inline System (CBIS). This RFI will help support the acquisition strategy for this acquisition and identify whether or not small businesses are capable of successfully completing the work. All interested and qualified businesses (i.e., Small Business and Other than Small) are encouraged to respond to this notice in accordance with the instructions addressed herein. The information requested in support of the Capabilities Statement must be submitted in writing. The submitted Capabilities Statement shall not exceed ten pages, in addition to a one (1) page cover letter, for a total submission not to exceed eleven pages. Your submission should be organized in accordance with the instructions in this document in order to permit a thorough and accurate review and evaluation by the TSA.
