The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) issues this Sources Sought Notice – Request for Information (RFI) to improve TSA’s understanding of market capabilities and identify qualified business vendors capable of providing Developmental Testing Support Services (DTSS) to the TSA office of Acquisition Program Management (APM) at the TSA Systems Integration Facility (TSIF), a 128,000-square-foot test facility located at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Responses to this RFI will help support the acquisition strategy for this acquisition and identify whether or not small businesses are capable of successfully providing DTSS to the TSA. TSA encourages all interested and qualified businesses (i.e., Small Business, Other than Small) to respond to this notice in accordance with the instructions addressed herein. The contractor shall organize the submission in accordance with the instructions in this document in order to permit TSA’s thorough and accurate review and evaluation. The contractor shall submit responses to this RFI via electronic mail to Siobhan Lawson at Siobhan.Lawson@tsa.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST, June 8, 2020.
