The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Medium Size Explosive Systems (MSEDS) and associated ancillary items and support services in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in accordance with the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) 70T04019Q9CAP1002. This is a full and open competitive acquisition for the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334517 with a business size standard of 1,000 employees.
