The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is announcing a Virtual Reading Room (VRR) containing Sensitive Security Information (SSI) pertinent to an upcoming IT services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for TOMCAT support. Access to the VRR is restricted, and vendors must nominate individuals to complete a Security Threat Assessment by Tuesday, 16 December 2025 at 08:00 AM EST. The services will support TSA's IT Enterprise for approximately 85,000 personnel at locations including Headquarters in Springfield, VA, airports, and international sites. A Draft RFP is intended for release in late December 2025. Vendors must designate a Senior Corporate Official and comply with strict protocols for handling SSI.
