The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for Proofpoint, for renewal of existing Proofpoint software licensing and software/hardware maintenance and technical support. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to Blue Tech located at 2251 San Diego Ave STE B1255, San Diego, Califronia. This Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305. Any and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contractor proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure. The Government does not intend to respond further concerning this publication.
