Request for Information (RFI) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Canine Training Center (CTC) regarding Advanced Passenger Screening Classes (APSC) to increase handler awareness and Passenger Screening Course (PSC) team capabilities particularly for atypical deployments including large/high value target events. The CTC seeks to establish a contractual relationship with an academic partner to provide classes, which are versed in canine performance related to screening of people and operational use of canines.
