This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued to establish a contract for Explosive Storage Magazine Concrete Pad Construction. Quoters are requested to review the attached solicitation and its associated attachments (Attachments 1 and 2). Please review all documents carefully. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This RFQ is under NAICS code 238110, with a U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of 19.0 M, and set aside for Small Businesses.
