The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to negotiate a sole source delivery order modification with FS Partners LLP (555 Middle Creek Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO 80921) for 200 additional First Alert Licenses. All responsible sources capable of reselling Dataminr’s First Alert licenses may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested contractors who may wish to seek subcontracting opportunities should contact the above named company directly. Vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by emailing the points of contact listed herein. Vendors who choose to respond please indicate which if any requirements can be met by the vendor. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
